Before production, the technical department should first design and produce drawings according to the needs of users and the market, the design specifications of the drawings should match the technical parameters when signing the contract, and the drawings are completed and then transferred to the production department.

The production department cuts, welds, strengthens, assembles and tests the steel according to the details of the drawings. Finally, the quality of the product is satisfied after the customer's inspection. The specific production process is as follows;


1. Steel plate material cutting stage:

According to the drawings of each part produced by the design department, each part is cut out with the CNC underwater cutting machine, such as the beam web, the reinforcing plate, and the standard small accessories


2. Fixed submerged arc welding beam and beam

In the second step, the cut web and upper and lower wings are fixed to the solder joints, and then the beam is welded with submerged arc welding.


3. Laser calibration, laser beam

First cut out the web of the beam, cut out the U-shaped hole through which the beam can pass, and then fix the welded I-beam in parallel. It is important to compare the results of the beams. If the parallel error of the two I-beams is large, there will be very serious tire wear.


4. Connect the side beam and weld the kingpin

At this time, the main beam of the low plate semi-trailer is basically formed, and only the side beam is welded to form the frame structure. And the traction pin traction plate is welded to the position required by the contract, and the welding process requires high requirements, otherwise the low chassis truck trailer will skew.


5. Welding frame, welding suspension

At this time, the welding suspension must strictly control the size and maintain the verticality, otherwise it will cause tire wear.


6. Connect the gooseneck

This process is to complete the welding of the gooseneck and chassis structure of the low plate semi-trailer, and the accuracy of the welding is very important, because the Angle deviation of the traction pin will affect the use of the semi-trailer, especially in the later use, and the wrong welding will cause the tire wear of the trailer.


7. Lay the bottom plate

The steel plate that is at least greater than 3mm is laid on the bearing platform of the low plate semi-trailer, the welding process should pay attention to the welding seam of the frame structure, at the same time for different cargo transportation, the steel plate laid is also different, the common bottom plate should be patterned steel plate, strong friction, the stability of the transport of goods will be improved.
