[Deepening cooperation to open a new chapter] After 9 weeks of multiple rounds of video negotiations, the well-known Central Asian engineering group and LUYI officially reached a strategic procurement agreement, and the first batch of 20 three-axle low-bed semi-trailers orders were successfully landed. In view of the special working conditions of customers in the transportation of Caspian oilfield equipment, our technical team creatively proposed a combined load-bearing solution-through stress analysis of 156 sets of welding nodes, on the basis of maintaining the standard length of 27 meters, the height of the cargo platform from the ground was optimized to the industry-leading 1.1 meters, successfully achieving a technological breakthrough of 38 tons per axle load.
[Quality verification witnesses strength] On the eve of the signing, Mr. Cyrus, the customer's technical director, led a team to the Shandong production base for a 3-day on-site factory inspection. After witnessing the key process flow, the inspection team paid special attention to three technical innovations: ① Embedded buffer design of the bogie and gooseneck ② Distributed load-bearing beam structure optimized by finite element simulation ③ Special anti-corrosion coating system that adapts to the temperature difference of 70℃ environment. After on-site load-bearing test, the structural deformation of the equipment under the simulated 65-ton load condition is ≤2.3mm, which fully meets the standard.

The exclusive stepped load-bearing design increases the bending strength of the main longitudinal beam by 47% compared with the conventional structure, and with the six-year ultra-long warranty commitment, it provides double protection for heavy-load transportation in extremely cold areas.
Dynamic scene adaptation The modular cargo platform can be quickly reorganized according to the transportation task (15-27m infinite adjustment), and the patented hydraulic auxiliary ramp device can complete the disassembly and assembly operation within 15 minutes. The specially equipped intelligent sensor system can monitor 12 key parameters such as tire pressure and suspension travel in real time, significantly reducing operation and maintenance costs under complex road conditions in Central Asia.
Full-area safety configuration The chassis protection system integrates three innovative designs: front crumple anti-collision beam, detachable splash guard, and multi-band LED warning system. The directional heat dissipation brake drum developed for desert transportation can still maintain the excellent performance of brake temperature ≤180℃ on a continuous 30-kilometer downhill section.
