Inside the workshop, laser cutting machines operated with precision, welding robots completed complex welds according to procedures, and quality inspectors checked each piece one by one with detectors in hand. Last year, the urgent order for Vietnamese customers was delivered in advance relying on this advantage." Subsequently, the Malaysian customers moved to the product exhibition hall of Luyi Factory. The exhibition hall displayed samples such as rust-proof trailers and lightweight logistics compartments improved for tropical climates, and the electronic screen next to them played test videos of the products at Malaysian ports in a loop. The product manager of Luyi Factory pointed to a refrigerated trailer and explained, "The insulation layer of this trailer uses aerospace-grade materials, which can keep the interior at -5℃ for 12 hours under the 38℃ high temperature in Kuala Lumpur, saving 15% more energy than local mainstream products." The Malaysian customers started the equipment on site, checked the response speed of the temperature control panel, put forward the demand for adding localized interfaces, and the technical personnel of Luyi Factory immediately recorded it and provided solutions.
In the middle of the inspection, the two parties held a small negotiation meeting in the conference room of Luyi Factory. The representative of the Malaysian customers took out the purchase list of local logistics companies and pointed out, "We need 50 container skeleton vehicles that meet ASEAN standards every month. Can Luyi Factory meet the delivery cycle?" The sales director of Luyi Factory responded, "At present, our monthly production capacity reaches 120 units. We can open a separate dedicated line for Malaysia, control the delivery from order placement to port within 21 days, and also assist in handling ASEAN certificates of origin." In the fatigue testing area, a trailer axle was undergoing the 120,000th load-bearing rotation test, with data transmitted to the monitoring screen in real time. The quality inspection director of Luyi Factory introduced, "All exported products must pass a 300-hour salt spray test and a 5,000-kilometer bumpy road test, both of which are far higher than Malaysia's access standards." The Malaysian customers looked through the original inspection reports, were convinced by Luyi Factory's quality commitment, and signed a letter of intent for cooperation on the spot.
The general manager of Luyi Factory stated that the inspection by the Malaysian customers has pressed the "accelerator button" for the cooperation between the two parties. Next, a special team will be set up to follow up on subsequent matters, striving to realize the export of the first batch of products within the year. The representative of the Malaysian customers said that Luyi Factory's production strength and customization capabilities exceeded expectations, and they looked forward to becoming a core partner of Luyi Factory in the Southeast Asian market and jointly developing value-added services such as trailer rental and maintenance.
This interaction not only allowed the Malaysian customers to fully understand the comprehensive strength of Luyi Factory but also built a solid bridge for cross-regional cooperation.
