▸Truck Load-bearing and Structure

The cargo box is made of heavy-duty wear-resistant steel plate with a bottom thickness of 8-10 mm and a side thickness of 6-8 mm. You can choose between U-shaped cargo boxes and rectangular cargo boxes, which are perfect for transporting a variety of materials!

Our cargo box size is customizable, with a cargo box length of 5.6-8 meters (optional) and a volume of 18-30 cubic meters, which meets the bulk transportation needs of sand, gravel, coal, etc. The truck's lifting system uses a front top lifting cylinder (such as the Hyva hydraulic system), which has a large lifting force, speeds up the unloading speed, and has high stability.

The airbags of the suspension are filled with compressed air, and the airbags are inflated and deflated through the control system to achieve vehicle load and height adjustment.

Features of air suspension: adjustable height, convenient for towing and cargo loading and unloading; models equipped with lifting axles can lift the lifting axles under no-load and light-load conditions; the load of each axle can be monitored in real time.

-Lift the lifting axle as much as possible when the vehicle is no-load or light-loaded. This can effectively avoid problems such as drive wheel slippage and insufficient vehicle climbing ability, and effectively reduce the wear of the lifting axle tires. When the vehicle load is large, if the lifting axle cannot be lifted (the drive axle load exceeds 13 tons, the lifting axle will not be lifted), the best traction mode can be activated (the three-mode selection switch is placed in the lower position) to keep the drive axle at the standard load to avoid problems such as drive wheel slippage and insufficient vehicle climbing ability. It is recommended that users use the best traction mode when driving with full load.

Cargo box

1. The cargo box of the truck is made of high-strength wear-resistant steel (such as Hardox steel plate), which is impact-resistant, wear-resistant, and has a longer service life. It is suitable for heavy-load and high-wear scenes such as sandstone and ore. The truck is lightweight in design. While ensuring strength, it optimizes the structure of the truck, reduces the truck's own weight, increases the truck's effective load capacity, and greatly reduces the truck's fuel consumption. The truck has been strengthened in terms of structural design, and the bottom plate and side plates are reinforced: the bottom plate is double-layered, and the side plates are equipped with transverse ribs to prevent deformation; the side plate thickness is increased to improve impact resistance. Rectangular cargo box (optional for some models): Reduce material residue, unload more thoroughly, lower the center of gravity, and enhance driving stability.

2. Sitrak G7 dump trucks are usually equipped with dual hydraulic cylinders. The cylinders are mainly used in places where heavy objects need to be supported for a long time. They can still support heavy objects after the oil pressure is removed. They are safe and reliable, single-acting, load retracted, and nut self-locking to make the load safer. They are designed with a safety pressure-maintaining device and a built-in pressure relief valve to prevent overload. This device is connected with a high-pressure hose and a threaded joint. It is quick to use and is mainly used for equipment installation, lifting, and disassembly operations in various industries such as electricity, construction, machinery manufacturing, mining, railway bridges, and shipbuilding.

Tires

3. The truck tires are ultra-wear-resistant tires with deep tread design. The tread grooves are deep and dense, in order to enhance grip and extend service life. They are suitable for complex road conditions such as gravel and mud.

The tires are made of high-hardness rubber formula, and anti-wear materials are added to the tires to reduce wear caused by sharp objects such as gravel and slag. High load-bearing capacity, multi-layer cord structure: The carcass uses high-strength steel wire or nylon cord to improve compression resistance and match the high load requirements of dump trucks (such as more than 30 tons). Thickened tires are used to prevent deformation or bursting of the tire wall under heavy load.
