Dump system

1.Large cargo box volume: standard electronically controlled hydraulic lifting system, cargo box length 6-8 meters (optional U-shaped or rectangular structure), volume about 20-30 cubic meters.

Fast lifting speed: using double cylinder front top or middle top hydraulic cylinder, lifting time ≤ 20 seconds, improve loading and unloading efficiency.

Anti-overturning design: the cargo box side panels are thickened, and the bottom plate is paved with wear-resistant steel, which is suitable for easily worn materials such as sand, gravel, and slag.

4.Tire specifications available

Various tire types: single and dual tire configurations are available, and multiple tire models are supported. We support customization of Michelin, Double Coin, and Triangle brands to adapt to different road conditions and load requirements. Usually 12.00R20 or 12R22.5 steel radial tires are used. Some models may be equipped with 13.00R25 (for more complex road conditions). Block or mixed patterns (such as "mine pattern" or "off-road pattern") provide good grip and mud discharge performance, suitable for complex road conditions such as construction sites and mining areas. High load capacity: single tire load can reach 3.5-4.5 tons (need to match according to axle load). Wear and cut resistance: tread rubber formula and structural design are suitable for environments with sharp objects such as gravel and slag.
