3 Three-Axle U-Shaped Side-Tipping Dump Truck Cargo Trailer

The Luyi 3-Axle U-Type Side-Tip Dumper Cargo Trailer, originally from Shandong Province, China, is a semi-trailer specially designed for transporting bulk materials such as sand, gravel and coal. With a maximum effective load of 80 tons, it is highly suitable for truck trailer transportation scenarios.

The trailer's cargo box is made of carbon steel, with dimensions of 10,000x2,500x3,600 mm. Its U-type structure facilitates material dumping, and it is equipped with 90mm (width) ×13mm (thickness) ×10 (layer) leaf springs, ensuring strong load-bearing capacity and durability. The number of axles can be 3 or 4, compatible with well-known brands like CIMC (ZY), FUWA and BPW; the suspension system offers options of mechanical suspension or air suspension for stable driving.

In addition, the trailer is fitted with JOST standard 28-ton outriggers, and tires are available in specifications of 12R22.5, 12.00R20 and 11R22.5. Colors can be customized according to customer needs. With its excellent dumping function and reliable performance, it becomes a preferred equipment for bulk material transportation.
