Logistics warehousing and distribution field

Luyi’s no ordinary car company  they’ve got their own factory, cranking out big semi trailers, oil tankers, powder trucks, and all sorts of transport vehicles. What really sets them apart? They build these trucks to order for export, tailoring each one to fit different countries’ needs. Now their trucks are rolling through over 80 countries across six continents, with service spots in 50 key markets. Global logistics companies can’t get enough.

Real-World Proof: Trucks That Fit Any Corner of the Globe

Luyi’s trucks aren’t one size fits all. Take the Middle East, where it’s hot and sandy. They made a 45 cubic meter oil tanker for Saudi clients using 316L stainless steel tanks these things didn’t rust even after a 72 hour salt spray test. They added a special cooling system, too, so the trucks keep running smoothly even when it hits 55°C. Aramco, the big Saudi oil company, uses these now.

In humid Southeast Asia, Indonesian customers needed a powder truck that wouldn’t let palm powder clump up. Luyi added a “dew fighting air system” that keeps the powder flowing, and now it unloads 3 tons a minute. Indonesia’s biggest building materials group buys these by the truckload.

Over in Europe, where streets are narrow, Luyi built low bed semi trailers for German clients. These trucks have a 6.5-meter wheelbase and an 8 meter turning radius  perfect for squeezing through tight spots. They’ve shipped over 300 of these already. And their oil tankers? They meet strict ADR standards, so companies like Shell and PetroChina use them in 20+ countries.

The Nitty Gritty: Skilled Team Sticking to Global Rules

Luyi’s export team knows their stuff. Led by Engineer Li (who’s got an international road transport certification), the 12 core designers have 10+ years of experience making trucks for overseas markets. They don’t cut corners on specs:

Oil tankers can handle 0.8MPa of pressure, meeting rules like US DOT407 and EU ADR.

Powder trucks have a “fluid bed” design tested by Germany’s TÜV – only 0.3% of the powder gets left behind, way better than global standards.

Big semi trailers use tough steel (690MPa yield strength) that can haul 120 tons, but they’re 1.2 tons lighter than similar European models.

These details even made it into the 2025 Global Commercial Vehicle Export Guide  other companies use them as a reference.

Why the World Trusts Them: Stamps of Approval Everywhere

Luyi’s trucks have passed 32+ international checks. Their oil tankers made the “Middle East Logistics Top 10” three years straight, and their powder trucks won a “Best Fit” award in Southeast Asia. Big names like Maersk and DB Schenker work with them, and their custom semi trailer projects got featured in International Freight magazine.

They’ve built a huge “global truck custom database” with docs in 16 languages and rules from 42 countries. Over 500 overseas clients have used their designs, and China’s top machinery export group named them a “2024 Export Star.” Their trucks also meet IWVTA and STU standards – so they’re legal pretty much everywhere.

From Build to Fix: They’ve Got It All Covered

Thanks to their flexible factory, Luyi can build a custom truck in 30 days. The shop’s got top tools  CNC cutters, automatic welders, big benders so every truck’s solid. And if something goes wrong? They’ve got service centers in 20 countries, with parts arriving within 72 hours. No stress for overseas buyers.

They’re not stopping there. In Australia, they made 6 axle low bed trailers for mines  these things have tough suspensions that make tires last 40% longer, hauling 80-ton excavators for Rio Tinto. In South America, their 40-cubic-meter oil tankers have waterproof electrics and rust-proof paint, perfect for the Amazon. Brazil’s INMETRO gave them the green light, and these trucks rust 60% less than others.

From desert oil fields to busy ports, Luyi’s factory turns out trucks that work anywhere. They design, build, ship, and fix  no gaps. And they’re just getting started. Soon, more of the world will be rolling on Luyi’s custom rigs.
