▸ Structural strength

The tank body is designed with 5 mm thick tank body and 6 mm thick head. The key welding is completed by the KUKA KR 1000 titanium series robot, and the weld deviation is strictly controlled within 0.2 mm. The modular baffle system can be divided into up to eight separate compartments, enabling easy simultaneous transport of multiple types of liquids.

▸ Safety Systems

Triple protection: A steam recovery unit (VRU) to reduce volatilizing losses, an emergency shutoff valve (ESV) to automatically close the line in case of distress, and an STC-SA class anti-spill probe to monitor liquid levels in real time.

The intelligent monitoring system transmits pressure and temperature data in real time through 4G network, and integrates GPS positioning and tracking. The anti-static design ensures the safe transportation of flammable liquids, and the polyurethane powder coating process significantly improves the corrosion resistance of the tank.

The standard 101690 leaf spring mechanical suspension system is optimized for rugged terrain. The lightweight structure makes the vehicle self-weight no more than 10.5 tons, 10% lighter than the industry average, effectively improving the cargo load and fuel economy.

Transportation of mixed oil products: Through independent cabin design, diesel and gasoline can be transported simultaneously and without cross contamination, which is especially suitable for oil distribution at gas stations. Double sealed compartments ensure complete fluid isolation, even in rough road conditions.  

Food grade liquid transportation: It can safely transport edible liquids such as olive oil and juice. The inner wall of the tank adopts mirror polishing process and is equipped with CIP automatic cleaning system. After each batch of transportation, it can be killed by high temperature steam to meet FDA food contact material standards.

With the acceleration of infrastructure in African countries, Kenya's Mombasa port to Nairobi crude oil transport, Ghana's palm oil production area to the port logistics network, are facing the urgent need for efficient delivery vehicles.
