The Tanzanian customer recently learnt about our factory through Google platform, the customer first wanted to expand the company's strength by meeting the purchasing needs of his country's growth in logistics. Our sales team recognised the customer's need for durable, high-capacity transport equipment and recommended our factory-produced LUYI brand flatbed semi-trailers.
After a detailed product demonstration and communication of details, the customer was satisfied with our tailor-made solution, and then the customer came to our Shandong headquarters for a site visit. Finally, both parties reached a formal agreement and the customer signed a bulk order for LUYI flatbed semi-trailers, marking another milestone in our cooperation.
The LUYI flatbed semi-trailer sent to Tanzania this time adopts a reinforced chassis of high-strength alloy steel, which ensures unrivalled durability and load-carrying capacity. Its good power distribution and low centre of gravity design enhances the vehicle's stability on Tanzania's mixed road network, ranging from urban highways to country lanes.
Our customised flatbed semi-trailers are fitted with air brakes and ABS brakes inside to keep our customers safe even when fully loaded or travelling up steep gradients - which is crucial in Tanzania's mountainous regions.
In order to cope with the hot and rainy weather in Tanzania, our factory uses 12 high quality deep tread all terrain tyres, which are effective in preventing flat tyres and can still be used in rainy and dry conditions.
Our factory produces flatbed semi-trailers in an assembly line operation that can be easily customised and has a short production time. These include removable side rails and tie-down points, which allow for quick loading of oversized cargo, such as prefabricated structures or industrial components.
