Recently, a delegation of Uzbekistan clients visited Luyi Factory, conducting a two-day on-site inspection. Uzbekistan clients are a large local construction group, mainly engaged in infrastructure construction projects. This visit aims to conduct in-depth exchanges with Luyi Factory on the production technology and supply cooperation of concrete mixer trucks, and finally both parties reached a cooperation consensus. The deputy general manager of Luyi Factory, leading the technical team and production team, received Uzbekistan clients throughout the process.
Uzbekistan clients first entered the concrete mixer truck production workshop of Luyi Factory. Inside the workshop, the intelligent production line was realizing full-process monitoring of mixing drum welding and chassis assembly through an Internet of Things (IoT) system. Technicians from Luyi Factory introduced to Uzbekistan clients that the core components of concrete mixer trucks have all undergone 3D scanning inspection, with dimensional errors controlled within 0.3 millimeters to ensure assembly precision. Uzbekistan clients checked the real-time production data dashboard and expressed recognition of Luyi Factory's digital production capabilities, stating that they meet Uzbekistan's high-quality requirements for engineering vehicles.
In the performance testing area, Luyi Factory displayed a sample concrete mixer truck customized for Uzbekistan clients. This concrete mixer truck is equipped with a double-helix blade mixing drum, which can realize 360-degree dead-angle-free mixing of concrete to avoid segregation. Uzbekistan clients watched the unloading process of the sample truck on site and found that the residual amount after unloading was less than 0.5%. They immediately proposed the suggestion of adding an automatic lubrication system. Engineers from Luyi Factory stated that the system can be integrated into production to reduce the maintenance frequency of concrete mixer trucks.
At the exchange and negotiation meeting, Uzbekistan clients elaborated on the technical requirements for concrete mixer trucks in the local construction market, including the mixing drum volume (needs to reach 8 cubic meters) and maximum climbing capacity (not less than 25%). The technical director of Luyi Factory responded that the design has been completed in accordance with the construction standards of Uzbekistan, and the parameters of concrete mixer trucks are fully up to standard. Both parties also discussed the cooperation model. Uzbekistan clients proposed that Luyi Factory provide core components and complete localized assembly in Uzbekistan. Luyi Factory stated that it will send technical personnel to provide assembly guidance.
At the signing ceremony, Uzbekistan clients and Luyi Factory signed a cooperation agreement, agreeing to establish a long-term cooperative relationship in the fields of production supply and technical upgrading of concrete mixer trucks. The person in charge of Uzbekistan clients said that through in-depth exchanges, Uzbekistan clients have fully understood the production strength of Luyi Factory and believed that concrete mixer trucks can help speed up infrastructure projects in Uzbekistan. The deputy general manager of Luyi Factory stated that Luyi Factory will take concrete mixer trucks as the starting point of cooperation, provide full-life-cycle services for Uzbekistan clients, and jointly explore the Central Asian construction equipment market.
At the end of the inspection, Uzbekistan clients visited the supply chain center of Luyi Factory to check the inventory of core components of concrete mixer trucks. Uzbekistan clients focused on inspecting the brands and specifications of key parts such as hydraulic pumps and reducers, and confirmed that the imported components used by Luyi Factory meet the equipment maintenance standards of Uzbekistan. Both parties agreed to launch a technical docking meeting next month to refine the customization details of concrete mixer trucks and ensure the timely delivery of the first batch of products.
