Luyi Factory Welcomes Kyrgyzstani Customers. After an On site Inspection, the Purchase of oil tank truck is Successfully Completed

Recently, a delegation of Kyrgyzstan clients arrived at Luyi Factory, launching a three day on site inspection. Kyrgyzstan clients are a leading enterprise in the energy transportation sector in Kyrgyzstan. This time, Kyrgyzstan clients visited Luyi Factory in person, with the core goal of inspecting the production technology and customization capabilities of oil tank trucks, and promoting in depth cooperation between both parties in the field of oil tank truck procurement. The general manager of Luyi Factory, leading the technical team and sales team, received Kyrgyzstan clients throughout the process.

Kyrgyzstan clients first entered the oil tank truck production workshop of Luyi Factory. Inside the workshop, the tank forming line of oil tank trucks was undergoing automated welding operations. Technicians from Luyi Factory introduced to Kyrgyzstan clients that oil tank trucks adopt Q345R pressure vessel special steel, with a tank thickness of 8 millimeters. After a water pressure test at 1.2 times the working pressure, there was no leakage, which fully complies with the safety standards for dangerous goods transportation vehicles in Kyrgyzstan. Kyrgyzstan clients bent down to check the weld quality of oil tank trucks, measured the tank thickness with calipers, and expressed recognition of the manufacturing precision of Luyi Factory.

At the oil tank truck testing center, staff from Luyi Factory demonstrated the anti-rollover experiment of oil tank trucks for Kyrgyzstan clients. The oil tank truck slowly tilted to 35° on the tilt test bench, and the equipped electronic stability system started immediately, maintaining the vehicle's balance by adjusting the braking force of the left and right wheels. Kyrgyzstan clients pointed out that Kyrgyzstan has many mountainous terrains, and oil tank trucks need to have stronger climbing capabilities. The technical director of Luyi Factory responded that Luyi Factory can equip oil tank trucks with 380 horsepower engines and reinforced gearboxes to meet mountain transportation needs.

During the negotiation session, Kyrgyzstan clients detailed the customization requirements for oil tank trucks: the tank volume should reach 50 cubic meters, equipped with explosion-proof breathing valves and bottom loading and unloading systems, and the wheelbase of oil tank trucks should be controlled within 6.5 meters to adapt to the width of mountain roads in Kyrgyzstan. The design team of Luyi Factory immediately displayed the 3D model scheme of oil tank trucks, confirming that all requirements can be met. Both parties also reached an agreement on the delivery cycle of oil tank trucks, and Luyi Factory promised that the first batch of 10 oil tank trucks would be produced within 45 days.

At the signing ceremony, Kyrgyzstan clients and Luyi Factory signed a procurement contract for oil tank trucks, which includes a three year free maintenance service clause. The person in charge of Kyrgyzstan clients stated that the safety performance and customization flexibility of oil tank trucks from Luyi Factory exceeded expectations, and Kyrgyzstan clients look forward to expanding procurement plans for more vehicle models starting with the cooperation on oil tank trucks. The general manager of Luyi Factory said that Luyi Factory will produce oil tank trucks in strict accordance with the contract standards, help Kyrgyzstan clients expand energy transportation business through high-quality products, and take this opportunity to deeply cultivate the Central Asian market.

At the end of the inspection, Kyrgyzstan clients visited the oil tank truck parts warehouse of Luyi Factory to confirm the reserve status of vulnerable parts of oil tank trucks. The warehouse supervisor of Luyi Factory introduced that the reserves of key parts such as valves and sealing rings for oil tank trucks can meet the replacement needs of 50 vehicles, which can guarantee the subsequent operation and maintenance of Kyrgyzstan clients. Kyrgyzstan clients expressed satisfaction with this, and both parties agreed to start the production preparation work for oil tank trucks next month.
