The trailers were built with a high-strength steel trailer frame designed for long-cycle heavy-haul use. To improve load distribution and resist deformation, the structure included nine reinforced cross members with tight spacing of less than 45 cm. The integrated side beam and lower plate design further enhanced rigidity and reduced the risk of cracking under long-term heavy-duty use.
For rough mining and regional transport roads, the trailers were equipped with a heavy-duty leaf spring suspension system to absorb shock and improve chassis stability. The braking system was upgraded with WABCO brake valves, reinforced brake lines, and optimized brake cylinders to ensure reliable braking performance under full-load conditions.
To support different cargo types, the trailers featured a three-side removable wall design, allowing loading and unloading by forklift, crane, or manual handling. The patterned steel floor helped reduce cargo movement during transit and improved operational safety when carrying loose or bagged materials.
The final configuration also included customized side wall height for improved volume efficiency, off-road heavy-duty tires for better traction, and an enhanced anti-corrosion coating system to protect the trailers against heat, humidity, and long-term exposure in demanding environments.

The main frame welding process used automatic submerged arc welding with precision control of approximately ±0.1 mm, helping eliminate weak points in the core structure. Body panels were laser-cut and mold-formed to maintain consistency across all units.
Quality control covered raw material testing, in-process inspection, and final performance checks. Steel and other materials were verified for strength and corrosion resistance, while key production stages such as welding, assembly, and painting were inspected multiple times. Each finished trailer also underwent full-load testing before shipment.
Following contract confirmation, production was completed efficiently and the trailers were shipped using ro-ro transport for safer handling during transit. After arrival at the destination port, the client received customs clearance support, unloading coordination, and handover documentation.
