In March 2026, a Saudi construction materials logistics company visited LUYI’s manufacturing base in Shandong to evaluate our production strength, quality control system, and finished trailer performance. During the visit, the customer inspected our workshop, reviewed our quality inspection procedures, and tested one of our finished cement tanker semi trailers on site. After the factory tour and technical assessment, the client confirmed an order for four 60 CBM units. The customer operates in the construction materials sector in Saudi Arabia, where trailer performance must remain stable under demanding environmental and operating conditions. Their existing powder tank trailers faced recurring issues that affected efficiency, service life, and compliance.
Based on the client’s route conditions, material type, unloading requirements, and regional climate, LUYI’s engineering team developed a customized tanker solution focused on durability, sealing performance, unloading speed, and operational safety.
The tanker body was manufactured using Q390B high-strength steel, improving structural strength while maintaining long-term resistance to harsh use. To protect the trailer in Saudi Arabia’s desert and coastal conditions, the unit received a three-layer anti-corrosion coating system, helping resist sand abrasion, heat-related aging, and salt-air corrosion.
To reduce dust loss and improve jobsite cleanliness, LUYI designed the tanker as a fully enclosed bulk powder tanker trailer. Combined with an anti-static design and dust recovery arrangement, the trailer offered tight sealing performance and significantly reduced cement dust leakage during unloading.
To improve operating efficiency, the unloading system was optimized with an upgraded pneumatic configuration and independent cooling. This solution delivered faster unloading speed and reduced tank residue to less than 0.3%, helping the customer save material, shorten unloading time, and improve turnaround efficiency across daily trips.
Because the trailers would be used in demanding transport environments, the chassis was equipped with 3 × 13-ton BPW axles, reinforced leaf spring suspension, and high-temperature-resistant 12R22.5 radial tires. This configuration improved durability, stability, and reliability on long-haul and rough regional roads.

To ensure consistent performance in demanding export markets, LUYI implemented a strict production and inspection process throughout the project.
LUYI completed production of the four units within 30 days and arranged shipment from Qingdao Port to Jeddah. To simplify the client’s import process, our team also supported the required export documentation and customs-related paperwork.
