A batch of Luyi three-axle flatbed semi-trailers set off and were successfully shipped to the Oman market

Recently, the factory area of Shandong LUYI Special Automobile Manufacturing Co., Ltd. was adorned with fluttering colored flags. A batch of brand-new 3-axle flatbed semi-trailers were neatly arranged, and after completing the final quality inspection and commissioning, they officially embarked on the journey to the Oman market. The 3-axle flatbed semi-trailers shipped in this batch amount to 20 units, which are high-end models customized by LUYI for the Middle East market demand, marking the further deepening of LUYI's layout in the Middle East heavy-duty transportation equipment sector.

As one of LUYI's core products, the shipment of 3-axle flatbed semi-trailers to Oman this time is no accident. As early as half a year ago, LUYI set up a special team to conduct market research in Oman, gaining an in-depth understanding of the local special climatic conditions such as high temperature, heavy sand, and coastal humidity, as well as the strict requirements of the infrastructure and energy industries for heavy-duty transportation equipment. Based on the research results, LUYI has carried out all-round optimizations on the 3-axle flatbed semi-trailers: the main body of the 3-axle flatbed semi-trailers is made of high-strength weather-resistant steel, paired with polyurethane painting technology, which greatly improves the corrosion resistance and wear resistance of the vehicles, enabling them to cope with Oman's harsh environment with ease; at the same time, the 3-axle flatbed semi-trailers are equipped with internationally renowned brand axles such as BPW and Fuwa, as well as dual suspension systems of mechanical and air types, ensuring that the 3-axle flatbed semi-trailers can not only carry a maximum effective payload of 60 tons but also maintain a stable driving state during long-distance transportation.

In terms of configuration details, the 3-axle flatbed semi-trailers fully embody the advantage of "customization". In view of the tractor models commonly used by logistics enterprises in Oman, LUYI has equipped the 3-axle flatbed semi-trailers with two specifications of JOST kingpins, 2 inches (50mm) and 3.5 inches (90mm), to achieve seamless adaptation; considering the diversity of local cargo loading and unloading, the 3-axle flatbed semi-trailers are equipped with 28-ton standard landing legs and hydraulic ladders, paired with a detachable gooseneck design, which greatly improves the operation efficiency. In addition, the 3-axle flatbed semi-trailers also support color customization. The vehicles shipped this time adopt a light gray coating that is both sun-resistant and recognizable according to the needs of Oman customers, which has won high recognition from customer representatives.

As an important infrastructure and energy country in the Middle East, Oman has seen continuous increases in investment in road construction, oilfield development and other fields in recent years, resulting in a strong demand for reliable heavy-duty transportation equipment. Previously, Al-Maha Logistics, a local mainstream logistics enterprise, was troubled by problems such as insufficient load capacity and vulnerability to sand erosion of its existing transportation equipment. After comparing multiple international brands, it was finally impressed by the quality and customization capability of LUYI's 3-axle flatbed semi-trailers and signed the first batch of purchase orders. "LUYI's 3-axle flatbed semi-trailers fully meet our actual needs in terms of materials and configurations, especially the anti-corrosion design and stable load-bearing performance, which are exactly what we urgently need," said the procurement director of Al-Maha Logistics during the video acceptance.

To ensure the smooth delivery of the 3-axle flatbed semi-trailers, LUYI has established a special service team covering production, quality inspection and logistics. In the production stage, LUYI strictly follows the ISO9001 quality system standards and conducts full-process monitoring on the welding process and component assembly of each 3-axle flatbed semi-trailer; in the quality inspection link, the 3-axle flatbed semi-trailers undergo 12 strict tests including durability tests simulating Oman's high-temperature environment and sand erosion tests to ensure that the vehicle performance meets the standards; in terms of logistics, LUYI has cooperated with professional cross-border logistics enterprises, adopted professional packaging that is moisture-proof and scratch-resistant, and planned the optimal "land transportation + sea transportation" route. It is expected that the 3-axle flatbed semi-trailers will arrive at the Port of Muscat in Oman in 35 days. After that, LUYI's technical personnel will arrive locally simultaneously to provide follow-up services such as installation, commissioning and operation training.

The batch shipment of 3-axle flatbed semi-trailers to Oman this time is not only an important breakthrough for LUYI to expand the Middle East market but also a vivid embodiment of the competitiveness of "Made in China" in the heavy-duty equipment field. In recent years, LUYI has always focused on the R&D and innovation of heavy-duty semi-trailers. Relying on excellent product quality and precise customization services, LUYI has exported core products such as 3-axle flatbed semi-trailers to more than 20 countries and regions including Southeast Asia, Africa and the Middle East. Next, LUYI will take this cooperation as an opportunity to further deepen its presence in the Oman market, plan to set up an after-sales service center locally, reserve core components of 3-axle flatbed semi-trailers, and provide more efficient after-sales support for customers. At the same time, LUYI will continue to optimize product performance and launch more customized models that better meet the needs of the Middle East market, making the 3-axle flatbed semi-trailers an important link connecting economic and trade cooperation between China and the Middle East.
